EMAIL HELP

The email features will work best using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or higher. If you are an AOL user, please see the special instructions below for your situation.

For security reasons, a new login page has been added to our webpage. This new page is encrypted to allow for a secure connection. After selecting the appropriate envelope icon, you will get a pop-up box that looks like this:

Note: If you don't see this box, you may have to disable any pop-up blockers that you have loaded on your computer.

The easiest way to enter in your User name is to use your full email address. For example, if your name was John Doe and your username was jdoe, then the box would look like the one above. If you have difficulty with this method, you can try an alternate entry which would be as follows:

FOR Windows 98, 2000, or ME: On SOME computers that are older, you might get a pop-up box that contains THREE boxes labeled USERNAME, PASSWORD, and DOMAIN. In this case, use this example:

USERNAME:	jdoe
PASSWORD:	********
DOMAIN:	IDALOUISD

FOR AOL USERS: If you are an AOL user, you may connect to the Internet using your AOL dial-up, but you may NOT use the AOL browser. After connecting to the Internet, minimize the AOL browser, and open Internet Explorer. Then, you may follow the instructions listed above.
