I am in my third year as Idalou High School principal, and previously served three years as assistant principal at Idalou High School. I began my career teaching and coaching at Friona Junior High for two years. I then taught math and coached at Monterey High School for seven years before taking my first position as an administrator at Estacado High School from 2012-2014. I am proud and blessed to be a Wildcat!
I grew up in a suburb of Kansas City called Overland Park, Kansas. I graduated from Shawnee Mission South High School in 1999. I was a collegiate athlete for four years, attending Adams State College and Lubbock Christian University. I received my Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Lubbock Christian University in 2003 and my Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Lubbock Christian University in 2011.
I have been married for fifteen years to Konrad Carroll who teaches and coaches in Idalou. We have two sons, Jackson and Ranger, who attend Idalou Elementary & Middle Schools and go to all of the Idalou Wildcat Friday night football games. Our family loves athletics, and we have a huge passion for how sports impact our youth through challenges, teamwork, and discipline. We enjoy being outside, watching movies, and cooking out with friends. We are very blessed to be a part of this wonderful Idalou community and the strong traditions of Idalou ISD.
